The Process

Recover More. Waste Less.

  1. Step 01

    Receive

Dismantled artificial turf rolls enter the processing system.

  2. Step 02

    Empty

Mechanical equipment removes the mixed infill from the carpet.

  3. Step 03

    Process

The empty carpet is cleaned, shaved, separated or densified depending on the selected configuration.

  4. Step 04

    Dry & Clean

Moisture, dust, fibers and other contaminants are removed.

  5. Step 05

    Separate

Sand, rubber and plastic components are separated according to particle size, density and material properties.

  6. Step 06

    Recover

Clean material fractions are prepared for reuse, resale or further industrial processing.

Resulting Material Streams

  • Silica sand
  • Rubber granulate
  • Plastic turf fibers
  • Carpet backing
  • Fine residual contaminants
Separated recycling fractions: silica sand, rubber granulate and synthetic turf fibers
